Alvarado Hospital Medical Center is a JCAHO-accredited acute care medical and surgical hospital that opened in 1972 as the 124-bed Alvarado Community Hospital. We offer advanced health care technology and highly personalized attention. Today, Alvarado has grown to the 231-bed hub of a comprehensive medical services campus with 600 affiliated physicians.

The Alvarado campus includes an acute care hospital, physical rehabilitation hospital, ambulatory surgery center and buildings housing specialized clinical programs and physician offices.
